Welcome to mposurga ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). mposurga is an English-language online gaming platform providing casino, live dealer, and sports betting services to registered users in Malaysia. The Platform is accessible at https://mposurga.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and mposurga in relation to your use of the Platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of mposurga, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. mposurga reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on mposurga, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mposurga enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino and sports betting activities on this Platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal construct.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are the sole and authorised user of the Account you register. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are not under any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by mposurga or any gambling authority.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by mposurga for violation of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You are not a current or recent employee, contractor, or agent of mposurga, or an immediate family member of such a person.

mposurga reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, mposurga will close all but the first registered Account and may, at its discretion, withhold any funds derived from duplicate Account activity.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any time mposurga deems appropriate, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., bank account statement, eWallet screenshot showing your registered name).

mposurga processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed within one to three business days under normal circumstances. Withdrawal processing will be paused until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, mposurga grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any component of the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, server, or database connected to the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify mposurga immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. mposurga will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mposurga makes reasonable efforts to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.

mposurga supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). Additional payment methods may be available from time to time and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. mposurga does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be returned where possible and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the Platform's cashier section. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. mposurga targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for most DuitNow and FPX transactions under standard conditions; however, actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or eWallet provider's internal procedures. mposurga does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

mposurga offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus play. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply to all mposurga promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• One active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• mposurga reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel bonus credits where there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by eligible players and may not be claimed by persons using software, systems, or strategies designed to generate guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• mposurga's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

The referral programme allows registered players to invite new users to mposurga in exchange for a reward of MYR 38 per successful referral. A successful referral requires the referred user to register a new Account, complete KYC, and make a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are subject to standard wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published in the Platform's help and rules sections. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.

Sports betting odds, including live in-play odds on Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UEFA competitions, UFC events, and all other markets, are updated in real time. mposurga reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice, including where a match or event is subject to integrity concerns or technical issues.

In the event of a demonstrable error in odds or game outcome — whether due to human error, software malfunction, or third-party data feed failure — mposurga reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the original stake to the relevant Accounts. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous result will not be paid out.

All live dealer games, slots, and other casino games offered on the Platform use independently audited random number generators to ensure fairness. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return percentages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mposurga Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering as a minor or misrepresenting your age during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own or another identity.
• Using software, robots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to make bets, exploit game mechanics, or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform or its games, including continuing to play after becoming aware of such an error without reporting it.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or live dealer games.
• Using funds deposited to the Platform for purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using offensive language toward mposurga staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Charging back or disputing any deposit made to the Platform with your bank or payment provider in bad faith.

Where mposurga identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate remedial action including, but not limited to, voiding bets, withholding winnings, suspending or permanently closing the Account, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

mposurga may suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• mposurga is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with no login activity.
• mposurga has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.

Upon Account closure, mposurga will return any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account to a payment method registered in your name, subject to the completion of KYC and the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to mposurga. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting mposurga support at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations accrued prior to closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mposurga's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mposurga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mposurga has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mposurga is not liable for losses arising from: (a) Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control; (b) your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that was inaccurate due to a technical error; or (c) third-party payment provider processing delays or errors.

All content on the mposurga Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and data compilations, is the property of mposurga or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The mposurga name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of mposurga.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from mposurga. Any unauthorised use of mposurga's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

mposurga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, together with the effective date of the current version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which mposurga operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and mposurga shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or confidential information pending the outcome of arbitration.
